I’m a newbie here and apologize if this question is already answered.
I’m planning to buy the THERUN treadmill which supports native FTMS to connect to Zwift. However, Zwift doesn’t allow auto incline and auto speed control. Will QZ App work in this case for auto incline and auto speed functionality?

Alternatively, what about Sunny Health treadmills? are these compatible with QZ App? Which specific models I can buy for auto incline and speed control?
If both don’t work or having issues, how about NordicTrack T5 or 6.5s?
