I see that’s a Ryzen based system with AMD integrated graphics. Does the problem look like the pictures on this thread?

There has been some indication in that thread that adding memory to the laptop helps. 8GB is the minimum for Zwift, but in that laptop the GPU may be using system memory, which means even if you have 8GB installed you don’t have that much available to Windows. Memory is fairly cheap so you might consider upgrading it. Personally I would just bring it up to 16GB, assuming cost is not a problem.
And there just like magic, add another 8gb of RAM memory and everything is working perfectly.
