My Vortex Smart has lost about 100w according to Zwift all of a sudden. It’s got the latest firmware. The calibration app for it has never worked since you get massive tyre slippage with the slightest power, I’ve always set resistance to the point of no slippage and that’s been reasonable for 2 years with figures from elsewhere. Tyres and device are clean. Anyone else just recently experienced this or is it the unit?

It could be an issue with the trainer and calibration. I’d recommend using the Tacx Utility app to calibrate the Vortex. You can find instructions HERE in this article.
