Tacx flux calibration

Hi all, I calibrated my Tacx flux s after a update, all went ok after the ride it wanted a spin down calibration so I done one till I hit 23mph stopped and said failed, tried again and failed can anyone help.

had no issues since and also ensured the app was up to date

Did this work? I have the same issue but do not understand how the Tacx Utility App, which is not running during the Zwift spindown, would have any affect

I still use the Tacx app to calibrate I think deleting my Zwift app would be to much hassle just to try and do a spin down I contacted Zwift and they told me to use the Tacx app. Hope this helps
