Switched to Zwift ride - can't seem to hold same power in races

I recently switched from my outdoor bike mounted on Zwift Hub One to the Zwift Ride, on same trainer.

My bike has a 175mm crank length, and Zwift ride of course has 170mm.

It seems I’m about 10-15w off my best in A races now and my power seems to be more erratic, spiking between 480 and 0 much of the time, rather than being more constant as it used to be.

Could this be the change in crank length or something to do with the change in virtual gearing that I am struggling to adapt to?

You said you had assioma’s primary elsewhere?

Did you install with correct spacers?

Have you been able to dual record to see what the trainer is showing vs the pedals?

Did you change crank length in the app(s) and head unit.

Zero offsets a few times, and full battery

Crank length is more psychological than impactful with most people adjusting cadence to compensate. It’s typical to also adjust seat height/setback to get the right knee position but shouldn’t cause a huge with form.
