swift closedown mid session

I have had Zwift close on me twice in last 2 weeks mid ride. I would not be too fussed if I could resume but when I select the log-back-in option it doesn’t recognise me and asks for email address etc.    And if I resume from scratch I find I have lost the prior data.

I don’t believe I have any connectivity issues my side.
