I’ve been running on Zwift for years (for free, thank you
). I hadn’t been on Zwift for a couple of weeks, but at the beginning of yesterday’s run, I received an email “Your Zwift Membership is Confirmed”. It appears it kicked off a trial, which leads into a monthly subscription. Is this a change which Zwift is implementing? Will I just be able to keep running after the trial? I don’t have any payment information on the platform.
Zwift just did an update to their payment system, running is supposed to stay free and not require a credit card. You may need to contact support and have them make sure your account merged to the new system correctly?

Please rest assured that running on Zwift remains free, and there will be no charges as a result of this email. You can continue enjoying your runs without any concerns. The free trial email was sent in error due to a recent system change. We apologize for the inconvenience.
