Stuck on log in screen - Macbook

So, my Macbook Zwift app gets stuck on the log-in screen. Apparently, the App crashes and force quit is the only way to quit and restart the app.

I tried restarting my computer. I even reinstalled the Zwift app.

Ultimately the app logged in once I made the screenshot. I have no idea why, but it solved the problem. Anyway, I don’t think it’s the accurate and real solution, so please let me know how to solve this problem permanently.

When you re-installed, did you manually remove all the application data as described here?
