Structured Workouts: What Cadence?

I did the   “6 Week Beginner FTP Builder Week 1 Day 4 - Tempo”  workout session. I am not sure about the cadence I need to perform. I did the performance segments with 110-120 rounds / minute and the recovery  segments with 80-95 rounds / minute. 

Is it OK? What cadence should I perform on other training sessions? 80? 90? 100 or more?

I reale love Zwift. It makes really fun.

You should choose the cadence which best suits you and matches what you use on the road. But the choice of cadence is a personal and controversial topic.
