My code’s not working either. Contacted customer support chat but they weren’t helpful. My email won’t go through. Frustrating!
Had a lot of trouble getting the email submission form to work over several days – same error as above (also in Germany). Might have got it to work earlier in the week, but I’m not sure and don’t want to miss out. Any other way to get this code sooner or confirm it’s actually coming? Hub is in the basket, space in my office is cleared lol.
Is there any way to speed up the process of receiving the code?
I am looking forward to buying the zwift hub, but I will be on a long trip soon so I’d like to purchase it while still at home

Experiencing the same problem. Completed challenge on 19/01 and registered. Been a week and still no code. Just want to purchase Hub and ride. Would be great if Zwift Support could contact me please. Thanks b
