I completed a Stage 2 TdZ route as a group ride and it is not showing up as completed in TdZ. It shows that I completed 1/6 instead of 2/6. What can I do?
DId you do it as part of a TdZ event then i would raise ticket to zwift.
If you did the route as part of another clubs group ride that won’t count.It needs to be part of TdZ official event for it to count towards TdZ completion.

Thanks for the clarification. I had done a group ride another time and it counted as completing a route on The Grade challenge so I thought it would do the same with TdZ. Oh well. I am the only person seeing these badges. I would rather ride the route with a friendly and encouraging group than 500+ strangers that “race” and leave you in their dust and don’t want to chat with you. Even though there are hundreds of people riding with you, it is a very lonely ride. I hope Zwift reads this. I put in the work and rode the route and should get credit for completing it even if I didn’t ride it in one of their impersonal rides.
It does count for the TdZ Advanced so it wasnt wasted completly
