Hi All, Am pretty new to Zwift but have encountered a problem since the update. None of my own snapshots or ones from group rides are available to view. They just show as black boxes. Any ideas on what I can do. Many thanks Paul

Hi Yes the end of ride screen is black with the small green square. I have been following the soultion previously mentioned to click on the green square and the pictures appear and are loaded to Garmin and Strava. Many thanks for the help. Regards Paul.

Maybe this problem? It looks like you have screenshots but they are black.
