I’d like to order a kickr from the german zwift shop. as long as i’m not logged in i can choose my trainer and add it to my basket. after logging in i only get to my activity feed page, doesn’t matter which link i click. same on different devices and browsers. i just can’t manage to order my kickr core. anybody else with the same issues?
I have a related issue in the sense that I cannot complete my purchase on the UK store. When selecting Klarna as the payment option and clicking through the steps, I eventually get told that the Klarna plan I selected is unavailable, regardless of which plan I choose.
You should contact support. I doubt the community forum can help with these issues.

I’m sorry to read that you couldn’t process the purchase of the trainer, this can be related to the Zwift Shop you are using to complete the purchase since we have the EU, US, and UK shops, please follow this link to get to the EU Zwift Shop and try to complete the purchase once more!
