How can I setup my Elite Direto with my Garmin heart rate monitor to get my heart info on Zwift? Do I need an ANT+ stick?
Garmin is ANT+ only so an ANT+ dongle along with a USB extension would be the best option.

Try to put it as close as you can. I found the range to be a bit less than claimed.
