Pretty self-explanatory. Since the leader’s jerseys are all dependent on who’s online during your session it seems easy to implement.

i agree i have been riding for over a month and have met two women to ride with. i gave a wave of the hand and we rode for quit some time it was a real good feeling to have your gender to ride with
