Sensor connects to ride but not run. Helpa

I have the Magene S3+. It works fine for cycling, but it’s not registering at all when I try to connect for speed to run.

Am I missing something?! I tried connecting it to Zwift from the pc and also android app. No luck.

To add, I am not able to connect the sensor to my phone via bluetooth. I was hoping the companion app would help but It’s not working.

Any suggestions?

This appears to be a speed/cadence sensor for cycling. How are you trying to get it to work for running, as this does not seem like an option?

This is not a supported Speed sensor for Zwift Running.

I see. I thought the speed sensor would work for both machine types. I will orderthe Zwyft pod.
