Saddle adjustment requiring a lot of effort

Hi, I got my Zwift Ride and the saddle height adjustment is super difficult - I have to wrestle with it quite a lot (significantly more than in my regular bike).
Is it something that I should expect or is my frame broken?

I have found if I pull the saddle/tube slightly forward before I pull/push it up (or down), it is much easier. Try that. Loosen the bold, then slight pressure forward (towards the bars) and should be easier to move.

A little bit better, but I know my wife will still struggle

Hi @Mati_Zet.

This is Haziel, I noticed that you are struggling with the saddle/tube height adjustment, please note that you will need to use your frame key, loosen the adjustment bolt on the back of the Zwift Ride, slide the saddle up or down until you’re happy with the position, and again use the frame key, to tighten the adjustment bolt on the back of the Zwift Ride, For more information please check this article Adjusting Your Zwift Ride.

You should probably email orders@zwift.com to talk about warranty replacement options

I bought mine in December and noticed the same thing. Me and my wife are using Zwift bike and have to adjust the seat post several times a week. It’s always a chore wriggling it up or down. I’m wondering if some grease would help.

I got mine on Friday and adjusted it a few times. Same here - it’s pretty stiff.
I undo the bolt, then give the shaft a bash with the heel of my hand. It then becomes loose and slides up and down no problem.
