Height Zwift Ride frame

Hi,

I have a question on the saddle height of the Kickr Core 2. I am quite tall (195cm / 76,77”) and have values from a bike fitting that are the following:

  • Saddle Y (A): 805 mm (31.69”)
  • Saddleheight (E): 883 mm (34.76”) / Middle of the saddle: 877 mm(34.53)

When comparing to the Zwift Sheet with the bike measurements, the given saddle height is a little to low. Could someone give me an advise if the bike could fit me or if there are possible adjustments to increase the saddle height?

Thanks in advance and best regards

Eric

Hi @Eric_Offermann, welcome to the Forums! I’m Francisco from Zwift Support.

You can adjust the saddle height by using your frame key; loosen the adjustment bolt on the back of the Zwift Ride as shown in the picture below:

Make sure to keep a firm hold on the saddle to prevent it from slipping, then move it up or down until you find the position you prefer.

With the frame key, securely tighten the adjustment bolt located at the back of the Zwift Ride.

Ride On.

Q: What is the maximum and minimum rider size for using Zwift Ride Smart Frame?

A: Zwift Ride Smart Frame is recommended for users within the following range:

  • **Rider height min:**5’ (152 cm)

  • **Rider height max:**6’ 6" (198 cm)

  • Rider weight max: 265 lbs (120 kg)

Hi @Eric_Offermann welcome to Zwift forums.
Is your fitter’s measurement taken saddle <> center of the bottom bracket? Or saddle <> center of pedal spindle?

  • If it’s saddle <> bottom bracket, you may find that Ride’s seatmast may not be long enough.
A ~50 mm difference from your bike is quite a lot.
  • If it’s saddle <> pedal spindle, the Ride should work.
