How can I adjust my seat height? The stem is all the way in the frame, on setting A, and I need to raise it to D. I’ve taken the screw out on the back of the frame that holds the stem in place but I can’t get the stem to raise. Is there a trick? It seems stuck?
It sometimes requires whacking the seat to make it break free. That’s harder as it’s inserted further into the bike because you get less leverage.

If the stem feels stuck even after loosening the screw, it may be that something is misaligned. In that case, the best next step is to open a support ticket at support@zwift.com and upload a short video showing what happens when you try to adjust it.
