Wondering if you can help as I’ve managed to get myself confused which is quite normal for me.
I use Zwift for cycling a lot and thoroughly enjoy it. I want to start using Zwift for running. I am very much a non-runner so I am wanting to start veery small and build up. I have a Polar set up and the run sensor and heart monitor seem to pair nicely. I also use TrainingPeaks and Strava.
I did a quick mile and I got my Heart Rate data, cadence data and pace data on Zwift so obviously this is the data transferred to Strava and TrainingPeaks.
How do I get power (so to get my numbers for runningFTP to enter in TrainingPeaks). Is it only the Stryd that could do that? (I’m intending running indoors and outdoors)
Can I find my running training workouts in Zwift from TrainingPeaks on a daily basis like I can with the cycling ones?
Edit: I’ve just noticed that my watch (Polar Vantage V Titan) does power from the wrist. The Stryd does a lot more different data sets though. All I need is a power reading though.
