Just wondering how many people have managed to do any of the Royal classics on 100%. I’ve tried 4 now and had to drop the intensity on all of them, couldn’t even manage Roubaix after dropping it to 90%.
I assumed it was me. As I’m getting over a heavy cold.
I had to take a few mins with erg switched off to recover at about 40mins. Then finished work out at 95%.
Tough workout!
