I rode MAAP Stage 2 yesterday around NYC. I noticed on the Central Park Loop PR sidebar that the stats show over 15% for nearly 10km. Is that supposed to be max gradient on that loop or is it wrongly reporting average? For a KoM I would be expecting that to be average (not sure what the KoM PRs show either), and would expect loops/segments to maybe do likewise. So … user (mis) understanding or system reporting error?

That’s a brutal climb, 9.76km at 15.6% - that’s gonna need some escalator assistance. 
Now we have escalators, when are the travelators going to be installed. 
Especially helpful for the Festive 500.
The NYC KOM at the end says 6.5% 1.4km, and that has steeper ramps than that so guessing this must be averages. That makes the Central Park Loop very wrong, unless it’s some sort of endless spiral.
Yeah, it looks like there’s a data issue on this one, it’s not over 15% for 9km, unless NYC central park looks much different than I remember
