Route advice suggestion - best route with 5-10min climbs and majority flat

Hi all
Would just like some help from the masses can anyone suggest a route that has some good 5-10min climbs then a good portion of flat in between.
A group of my road racing team mates would like to do some riding together to help simulate our racing conditions . We’d ride the climbs hard, then regroup for the flats and also do some sprinting.
We want to ride 60-100km each time .

What route/course would you suggest .

Any help would be great and really appreciated.

I would suggest finding, or making, a workout that simulates this type of effort, and then the route doesn’t even matter.

Try Big Foot Hills in Watopia. See https://veloviewer.com/segments/21911191.

If you want hills and flats Richmond is quite a good course. Either the UCI course or the Hills course offer a mix of hard climbs and flats.
The routes are listed as:
2015 UCI Worlds Course - Distance:16.2 km (10.1 mi)Elevation Gain: 157 m (514 ft)
Prefer Hill Roads - Distance: 9.1 km (5.6 mi) Elevation Gain:** 116 m (435 ft)

Check out RGT cycling. Premium is free at the moment. You can upload your own course and get 5+ friends to ride it with you. Hmmm I wonder if I’ll get booted for suggesting something that isn’t Zwift?

Sadly, RGT cycling was purchased by Wahoo and then shut down.
