ROTOR Inpower not connecting to Zwift

Hi,
Just started using a Rotor Inpower Crankset. Everything works with the Garmin headunit but it doesnt work with connecting to zwift. Any suggestions here?
Thanks in advance

According to this, has to connect via Ant+ for Zwift?

Hello
I have same problem here.
I have usb ant+ dongle, so i can connect my rotor inpower to the inpower software on my computer. I have no problem pairing with my Edge 830 unit.
But on Zwift, It doesn’t connect, i can’t see my powermeter in the app. And my heartrate monitor is pairing.
Did you find how to solve the problem @John_Athan ?

Inpower was super dodgy for me and never really managed to work. I switched to 2inpower and never had an issue since.
Also, keep in mind that the USB port for ANT+ needs to be getting high power, it can’t be a low powered USB port. So anything plugging directly into the motherboard or using a high quality USB extender to the motherboard is a great idea. Do not use any low power USB ports like on the computer case/peripherals.
Even with 2inpower I had issues connecting but found that with the highest power USB ports and ANT+, things fixed itself.
Hope that sorts itself out! Can be really annoying sometimes

Anyone happen to have any updates or suggestions? I run Zwift on my Google Pixel tablet so only one usb-c port that isn’t liking my dongle.
