Riding with coco today after the latest update and I was riding for about 40 minutes with the Multiplier at 2.5x, on watopia waistband. As we then rode through the downtown finish line and recieved the power up my multiplier went back to the start and reset to 1.
I had not fallen out of the group or received any warning messages saying I was too far behind etc, seems like a bug of some kind. Couldnt see any other postings relating to this issue though.
I didn’t have this issue today, rode with Coco for 60 mins and it stayed at 2.5x once it got to 2.5x for me.
Similar issue all weekend. I found some multipliers took 15 mins to get to the next. I found Coco disappeared a few times and reset back to 1x
Maybe it’s a platform specific issue… What device are you using?
I’m using IPadOS. Will process the Zwift update this evening and see how it goes in the morning
Mine was on windows laptop, seems to be a few bugs in this release judging by the forum
Odd. When I rode it was on iPad OS as well, and wasn’t an issue for me. Weird that it’s not consistent.
I had very similar issues to this last night. Coco kept disappearing and would eventually reappear at 1.0x. No more than 20m away from me, and no beacon icon in sight either.
Same here. Following closely pacer and returned multiplier to x1. Its happeing already for 2 weeks, with Maria, Miguel, in Watopia, London…
Probably related to this bug
I can’t remember the last time I did a Robo pacer ride and did NOT lose the pacer and multiplier without warning. Then the pacer reappeas after 1-3 minutes, sometimes a bit ahead of me and sometimes a bit behind. Very frustrating to say the least.
