What’s with the rising and falling tones in game play when you pass someone or someone pases you?
What does it signify/mean?
Can you turn them off?
You can turn off game sounds in settings, while leaving 3D world sounds enabled. Those are the only available controls. I eventually tired of the game sounds and now they’re permanently off for me.
It indicates when you have picked up the draft or dropped the draft. It’s helpful in case you aren’t looking for the distance indicator about how close you have to be to enter another rider’s draft.

It’s extremely annoying though and completely unnecessary.
