Quick question - what causes my rider to stand up on the pedals (or not stand up as the case may be).

That is when your revs go under 70

Hi Ron,

Thank you for the response.  Unfortunately, that does not appear to be correct.  Anyone else?

Less than 70rpm on climbs over 3 or 5%, can’t remember the correct figure but you don’t come out the saddle on the flats unless you sprint over 460W.
