Rider search still broken too so fare to say they werent interested in fixing anything at the same time (probably wise given how much they break stuff when doing other stuff these days).
No ZwiftPower LIVE on events after the update (even when LIVE is enabled). This is one of the most crucial functions of ZwiftPower I use as an event/race organiser. Please advise when it will be working again.

I may be due a few points myself but others in my recent events definitely would have got them, but no-one in any Cat shows as having received them so fingers xāed, they are still being recorded and the bug is in showing them.
I will seriously consider other platforms if it is not resolved, right now thereās no added value. Whatās the point of having biggest number of riders when you donāt implement any sensible racing system and simultaneously break existing functionalities? And on top of that communication strategy aāla āwe dont give a ā ā ā ā about our paying customersā

Sorry but Zwift is never going to care about their racing community. We represent a too small of a portion of their userbase. Even if there was a serious contender (which there isnāt), Zwift losing subscribers to such a contender would hardly be noticeable in their books.
We are like the dude at the gym complaining about not understanding why the gym donāt care about fixing the steam blowing valve of the espresso machine when what really makes the gym earn the cash are all the doods who feel guilty about buying a year subscription to the gym that they never use.
Quite a disappointmentā¦ Really hope this gets fixed at some point in the near future.

On the forum entry about the āZwiftPower Planned Outage November 16 2020ā Shuji says issues should be reported there, but I do not think it is a thread that we can reply toā¦ 
The rider database is still broken, which will be why thereās no ranking calcs still.
Please Zwift, fix this issue, a lot of races are still without race ranking results.

This needs to be resolved to ensure Zwift Power is adding value to the racing community!! Very frustrating that these (what Zwift might think of as ālittleā) issues keep cropping up.
Race Ranking points (Race rank/gain etc.) are key features!
Please resolve or at least communicate what is going onā¦

HI - I was hoping that the ZP maintenance yesterday would have resolved this issue - but I am still not seeing historical (back to I believe 11/11) race ranking results in ZP. Does anyone know when this might be resolved? Thank you!

Glad I didnāt have the race of a lifetime last week. Looks like I would never have gotten proper credit for it.

Results / ranking make fun and racing without such a system is absurd.
Very disappointing for all racers.
Whoās in charge ? Is there a pilot in the plane ? Zwift silence is very much unpleasant and disrespectful to the ācustomersā we all are.

Hoping for race result ranking points to reappear as well. Been a week now, this is silly. Iām going to stop racing until this is resolved and see people getting points. Especially during a pandemic (non) seasonā¦this is the only place we can really race this year. Would be nice to have something comparative to show for it, one of my goals has been to achieve a certain race ranking and I canāt get there if no points are produced.

Iām at the point where I hope a bunch of tech-savvy Zwifters spin-off and create a race-friendly alternative. Itās crazy to see a company so heavily invested in e-racing, at least in public statements (i.e., Olympics, etc.), yet spend so few resources on improving it.
