When I ride in a big group whith on is the easiest and quickest way to return a ride on?
The Zwift Play controllers have a function to return a ride on. That’s the only feature in the game that really means “return a ride on”.
The other possibilities:
If the person who gave you a ride on is in the riders nearby list an orange thumbs up icon will temporarily appear by their name when they give you a ride on, so you can click or tap on that if you are quick (and assuming they are still visible on the riders nearby list, but since the list jumps around a lot in large groups that can be frustrating).
You can also click on a name in the riders nearby list and a button will pop up on the screen that you can use to give them a ride on. In a big group it will again be challenging to select that user.
You can look at the Zwifters tab in the Companion app, tap on a name, and tap the ride on button.
If you’re very close to the person you can tap the white circle in center of the Companion app and there’s some chance it might give that person a ride on, depending on the size of group and the dynamics of the pack moving around.

Ride On’s as fast as possible can be accomplished by using your Zwift plays, the “Z” button was created for you to enjoy this feature:
However, if you don’t have the Zwift Plays, you can use the 
icon next to the name of the Zwifters, or check all the options we have for Giving a Ride On in different scenarios during your rides.
