On August 24th I completed the Libby Hill After Party but did not receive the badge signifying so. `The ride was successfully uploaded to Garmin on completion. I have screenshots of both, however, I can’t seem to attach them. I rode it as a meetup with a friend, Al Haserati, who did receive the badge.
If you contact support and give them the screenshots, they’ll probably give you that badge
Thanks Paul. I contacted support the day of the ride and received no response. I did so again today, however, was unable to attach the screenshots. Any suggestions besides copy and paste?
Bruce
Once they get back to you, you’ll be able to just email them the screenshots. Not sure why it’s taking so long for a response.
I’m just going to tag a few of their people who sometimes drop in here in case they can get it moving for you. @FernandaA @Oscar.R @Juan_Lopez10
Hi Paul,
I have sent 2 messages to Support regarding getting the Libby Hill After Party badge with no response. It’s probably being petty, but if they offer it, they should award it. Is there any other option to get their attention?
Thanks again,
Bruce
Hey Bruce, that’s frustrating! Maybe try re-syncing the activity from Garmin or check if your app needs an update. If that doesn’t help, sending those screenshots to support might speed things up. Hope you get your badge soon!
Thanks Abu,
The App is the current version with the new HUD options and slope percentages coloration. I’ll try to re-sync with Garmin; however, it shows all the data was uploaded to the site upon completion of The Libby Route.
The problem with Support is that they have not responded after two requests. Maybe third time’s the charm.
Bruce
That is incorrect advice. Nothing related to the connection to Garmin will have any effect on whether you get the badge or not. It has been mentioned that the support crew are quite busy at the moment so perhaps they just need more time to work through the backlog. I assume that you did not deviate from the route at any point - that is a common reason why people don’t get a badge (eg, a drop of sweat on the Companion app or accidentally making a turn using a Sterzo). If you saw a banner come up at the end of the route announcing that you had completed it, you should get the badge automatically, although it’s possible to lose the activity and the badge by logging into the game on multiple devices. Assuming that ride still shows up in your Zwift activity history and was completed, they should give it to you.
Hi @Bruce_Schwartz , welcome to Forums. This is Juan here from Zwift.
Apologies for running a bit behind schedule. I appreciate you bringing your concern to our attention. I understand how important it is for you to hunt for badges!
I’ve sent an email to the address associated with your account. Let’s work through this together to resolve the issue.
See you there!
Thanks Paul,
Evidently Zwift has been swamped. They finally got around to crediting my ride.
