Races for July 2026

I’m not sure if this is helpful - I post in our Facebook groups each month. Let me know if you think it is useful and I’ll try to do so for future months.

why is there no Epic again in the morning CET Friday Saturday Sunday

I think info from and about Zwift should always be posted on the official forums and not make people go to 3rd party websites or apps.

So big thanks for posting it here.

There are events at 1130 and 1230 CET.

I’ve previously run 0930 CET and the attendances were very low.

I think there are people who regularly ride between 07:30 and 08:30 and are looking for events. Please research

There are other events at that time, just not a number of people that would be willing to race for 2+ hours.

Yes please post it here :+1:

I’m sure it can be useful but FB non-users like myself would prefer it here

Thanks for the info.

Yeah, I try to avoid Facebook as much as I can, so I’ll never see anything Zwift posts on Facebook. I’m sure I’m in the minority, but either way I would suggest cross-posting useful information to the Zwift forums as a model rather than relying only on Facebook.

Another yes please here too; actually can’t say I’ve seen them posted on the FB group but I think that’s just because you can’t even sort Facebook by date of posting and search doesn’t function at all anymore… it’s become an absolute mess…

I greatly appreciate the time estimation too, even for just one Cat, that’s generally the first thing I look up when signing up for a race event. Sounds stupid when you could judge off the numbers but my brain just doesn’t work that way.

Wait, what’s Crepe Escape :joy:

I just so happened to take a look on Zwifthacks to see if there were any events scheduled on the new roads coming to Paris soon and that’s how I found out about Tour Fever.

So I came here to see if there was any mention of this big event that starts in 3 days and that’s how I found this post.

Nothing on Zwift Insider (recently at least, it was mentioned back in March). Nothing in these forums. Nothing in the Companion app. Nothing on the Zwift app itself.

Zwift, you need to get better at communication and get out of the social media bubble. Use the tools you have (Companion app, Zwift app) to communicate important events.

Thanks, I’ll pass on your feedback

Plus if you use ZCA to sign up for, say, the group ride at 1000 BST on Tuesday, there’s currently no route information - it just shows Long and Short. Not good.

Are Le Downtown Dolphin and Le Bell Lap TDF-themed versions of the Crit City map?

No. I was being silly.

Oh James. You should know better than to be silly on an internet forum. This is where only the serious stuff gets done. :slightly_smiling_face:

James, we all love surprises. It’s wonderful that there is something created that Zwift wants to keep under wraps until everything is ready.

The new S-Works 9, for example, couldn’t be discussed until Specialized revealed the new 9 to the press (the real life bike) last week. Then, it appeared on Zwift. I am sure we can all understand.

The race series for time trial, crit-style, and long epics are fine. We know when they start and end. This one is a week late for most enthusiasts. The course for the first week needs previews and preparation. Could it have been three laps of the old course and finish at the top of Montmarte without showing everyone the details of a one kilometer 6% graded hill? Yes, I believe so.

However, what are the details for the Femmes week? Are there special rides or events linked to it? Is there an incentive or bonus (“Earn a Femmes commemorative disc wheel” or even some special surprises like K Armstrong leading a group ride up the Ventoux). If so, I would appreciate knowing that “Saturday will have special events ‘You won’t want to miss’.” Even, just tell us a bit. (“Retired racers will compete Zwift on Ventoux Friday previous to the real-life event Saturdy”, would suffice.)

Zwift Academy? Who needs to prepare? (18-24 ages?) What awaits the rest of us? What special tests will be held? ( 8 minutes and a full 60 minute ftp test ) (or 5 minutes and 20 for mere mortals). What is the peak time? (October: 4 weeks of workouts and one week of testing in early November) Give all of us time to be ready. Tell and hide at the same time. ( “A special paint scheme for the Canyon Time Trial SLX is coming!” You don’t need to show it, but let us know what is on the menu.)

I appreciate that you care. We want everyone at Zwift to care too.
