I use a laptop with win10, when I join an event, at the end it is blocked and the application closes, only in events and it does not record anything. Any solution?

Are you running Zwift in Spanish, by any chance?
when Zwift starts up, the bottom right is in English, then when it is on the main screen if it is in Spanish. What about deleting and reinstalling in English?
Have a look at some other recent threads in Spanish that are about this happening. It sounds like it’s something to do with the Spanish version - missing language files perhaps? You could try English just to see what happens.
