When i tried to log in this morning on my Samsung tablet Zwift would not log me in with message “There is a problem with my account” I can log in fine on my desktop PC but not via the tablet (working through a mobile SIM). Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried a full Zwift re-install but still the same issue?
I’d try to clear the cache/data in the Samsung and try again. You can do that by going to settings–> applications–>Zwift. There should be some option to let you do that. Good luck!
