Trying to join Zwift. Uploaded everything, signed up on line. Clicked the icon 

“Failed to Login. Check internet connection” even though I know the connection is fine…

Please help ??

I’ve left two tickets now and sent messenger texts on Facebook but no real reply.

All I got was “has this problem resolved itself??”
