Power issues trainer thinkrider x3

hello!
I have a power change problem that happens to me in zwift and my trainer, a thinkrider X3.
I start the tour in zwift with about 120/140 watts of power very calmly, after riding about 20 minutes, my thinkrider x3 gets hard (as if it were with a lot of incline) and gradually drops from 140w to 80/90 watts of power, becoming very difficult to pedal and exceed this power
I unplug it, plug it back in and it recovers the power with which it had started the tour with the same effort or less with which it had started
does this happen to anyone else?
help!

(I’d ask them rather than Zwift as it is likely a trainer-related issue: Contact Us | ThinkRider u might need a replacement  )

thank you very much for your answer
I am making the claim separately with thinkrider
I wanted to know if it happened to someone else with the same trainer or others from other brands to know if I’m the only one or it’s a common problem
Cheers!

I have experienced the same… Mostly for free rides or events. It suddenly becomes really difficult to maintain what is supposed to be recovery pace for me.

Only seems to work fine with ERG mode on for workouts or courses with steep incline. Slight incline and flats make it really difficult to produce any power.

I think I found a possible solution
I changed the power transformer and plug it into a power stabilizer
Before each ride I calibrate it with the thinkrider app and it works better
