Hi
I am experiencing low resolution which is most visible around the edges of numbers and letters and also in the country flags. Hopefully the image uploads below will have worked and you can see what I mean. There is a kind of laddering effect around any curved surface or just loss of detail.
This is occurring when I hook my PC up to my TV. Any other application is fine and this doesnt happen on the TV, It is just Zwift. The desktop displays fine without this effect also on the TV. On my regular monitor I do not have this issue
Connection is via 4m HDMI cable. I thought this may be the issue but as mentioned above I do not see this effect in any other programs or on the desktop in general

I appreciate the amount of detail you’ve shared about your setup.
A few things - can you get a screencap of the settings in Zwift? Also: if there’s a way to view the “source info” on the TV (shows resolution, Hz etc) that’d be useful. Trying to narrow down if the TV is seeing the same thing Zwift is sending.
Hate to ask but have you ensured the NVIDIA Control Panel is set to use the GPU for Zwift?
Also: I’ve had bad luck with some HDMI cables. It’s been odd - they’ll work for some sources, not for others. I’ve switched to Zeskit Maya 8K cables which are well-regarded and certified. With those, I don’t worry that it’s a cable issue.
FWIW, I’m using a quasi-gaming laptop with an RTX3050 GPU and get full 4K on a 4K TV, none of the artifacts you’re seeing so it should be doable.

I think the Nvidia control panel is set to use the GPU for Zwift, I have added a screen shot from zwiftalizer with some data
One more thing I didnt mention - I tried 5 different HDMI cables, all rated for high bandwidth but I havent had any success
