I’m looking for a solution on how to pair the Zwift app on PC with my Suunto 7?
I don’t know your watch, or if it has a built-in HR broadcast feature (ask Suunto) but it looks like it runs WearOS, which means it’s possible HR2VP might run on it. That’s a solution for Samsung Galaxy watches that also run WearOS. It’s a paid app so you might want to contact the developer to ask about compatibility before you buy.
Alternately you could buy an inexpensive optical HR arm band such as the Coospo HW706 if you are looking for a trouble free HR monitor that is not a chest strap and doesn’t cost a lot. That would be much less effort.
