Order Zwift Ride from Switzerland

Hi !
I’m living in Switzerland and I can’t order the Ride. What’s the alternatives ?

It depends on why you want it. For most people the answer would be to put a normal bicycle on a direct drive trainer, but if you want something more like the Ride, you could look at:

Wahoo Kickr Bike
Wahoo Kickr SHIFT
Tacx Neo Bike
Elite Square

Check out the reviews on the DC Rainmaker site. I don’t think the Square has been properly reviewed yet since it’s a new offering.

Move house

Buy a bike to put on a smart trainer.

Get something like the Wattbike atom.

Eat a toblerone

Same problem…… you find solution ?

Not yet…

Ultimately I could use a french shipping address with a colleague, but I’m still investigating on other products.

Okay me too.
I will probably take the tacx neo bike smart.

At least you can you other plate forme

Hi there, welcome to Forums. I’m Juan from Zwift.

Thank you for posting your queries here! I couldn’t help but add a little something to your conversation. As you may be aware, we have a partnership with Wahoo and as a result, they also sell Zwift products. You might want to explore options with Wahoo Fitness’ international distributors for more information - visit this link for more details.

Wahoo fitness dont deliver outside eu countries, like Switzerland or Norway. Kinda lame…

They (wahoo) have a distributor in Switzerland.

Indiansummer.ch

I managed to order to a french shipping address close to my actual swiss location. Delivery is in transit… :crossed_fingers:

For us here in Norway, Zwift and Wahoo acts like we dont exist…

RLVNT Distribution AB is cited as the Wahoo distributor for the Nordics.

They literally have a page that says " If you are unable to purchase products from our website, please contact one of our international distributors" with a list of names and addresses

I’d put the link but, you know, if the forum allowed links it might be useful

It’s easy enough to find on Wahoos website though.

For other shops, not for consumers… nice try tho…

Well, yeah…you go to the shops that the distributor supplies. Is shopping a new concept in Norway? I can’t believe I’m having to explain this.

The point here is that there’s a distributor for Wahoo dealing with Nordic countries - they know you exist. (When the oil money runs out join the EU and you’ll be able to buy direct)

Some may have websites. If not, well there’s a market opportunity for you.

It is obvous that you dont understand, but shipping something to a non-EU county is the same as shipping to a EU country.

Sorry to burst your bubble…

Of course it isn’t.

This is not really the place for this discussion about importing and exporting goods. Google is your friend. If you want a wahoo product you can contact the distributor for your region and they’ll put you in touch with a retailer. Your choice.

Nice trolls guys.

Wahoo’s distributor in Switzerland does not propose the Ride.

Anyway I ordered it in France and got delivered not so far from my place.

Let’s Ride :grinning:

Well how else would you know without contacting them?

Or was I supposed to do that for you? I can but the fee is £500 an hour + vat.

Maybe they would if there was shown to be sufficient interest? I can understand that they don’t supply it if they think there would be a very small number of buyers. Contacting them at least shows interest.

How do you know he didn’t?
