I would like to be able to build a workout as i ride, so able to vary the resistance as you go.
so do 200 watts for a bit, then 230 for a bit then whatever but not have to pre build it.

Yes, i wnat this too. Just to set wattage while riding (like ERG-Mode in workouts without shifting) to ride with the cadence you like.
Further would also be great to ride with a set heart reat and the wattage is variable to holt the bpm.
