Just got it yesterday, so everything should be on the latest uppdate
support is swamped right now, so it is taking multiple days to get through all the requests. One thing to note is don’t continue to put in support requests as then it moves you to the back of the queue… oddly… just be patient and they will answer eventually.
Elite Update installed, now it works with zwift ride…

Sell his old trainer? Lol. He bought the “Zwift bike” which should be the best choice for using with Zwift. If his equipment is the problem, then “Zwift we have a problem.”
This is an old thread, but from what I recall the trainer didnt support virtual shifting. It had nothing to do with the Zwift Ride frame.
