No resistance change

Dear Zwift Team

I have the Elite quobo digital b +but the resistance never changes. I have no idea why. Can you help?

I see that you have a support ticket with us regarding your resistance issues, but remember you can troubleshoot with our ANT + guide first as well. Usually resistance issues are due to information being lost between your Elite and Zwift (Zwift just mirrors the information your trainer gives it). So getting rid of any outside interference or making sure your dongle/USB extension cord is in good shape is a good way to test if the issues lies with ANT +.
