I rode the Lettuce Express route with Yumi on 2024-07-06 and did several laps. The Tour de France challenge however is still showing 0/2 routes.
As evidenced by the screenshot. I’m using AppleTV.

I just did 6 laps of Champs-Élysées with Genie and they also did not count.
Hi just complete 2 different routes in France and did not get the kit. I got one for the climb challenge but not the 2 routes. Thanks

I took a brief look at your account and saw the July mission progress at 100%. Would you mind trying to force-closing the app?
Sometimes when the application is started one day and remains open for several days, doing multiple activities during that session can trigger this type of issue. I suggest you do this after completing your activities to refresh the app.

If you unlocked the kit as part of the Tour de France Climb Portal Challenge, you can not unlock it again with the Monthly Mission.

It resolved itself yesterday. I assumed you did something to fix it, but apparently that was not the case.

I reported this in the Monthly Challenge thread also.
I did both Paris routes and only had a 1/2 completion.
I went ahead and did R.G.V today and got the 2/2 completion.

However, you did unlock the Grand Depart Kit by the Climb Portal, so I moved forward and emailed you to help you with this missing kit request.
