No events?

Why does the event tab at the bottom of the screen on the swift companion app always say there are no more events for today even though are clearly events all day long every day?

Probably because you need to reset the search filters

I did. Its always like this.

Already tried deleting the app and reinstalling? I’m not seeing a lot of reports like yours, other than the usual trickle of people with bad filters, and it’s a widely used feature

Hi, @big_nuts.

This is Haziel from Zwift, I wanted to add some extra steps that might help.

I noticed your inquiry and I wanted to add that this might be related to the Zwift companion has been running across a midnight boundary without being force-quit.

Please try to close the Zwift Companion App completely and reopen it. This might resolve the issue by refreshing the events list.

You can follow these steps to close on iOS:

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-click the Home button on older devices) to open the app switcher.
  2. Locate the Zwift Companion App in the list of open apps.
  3. Swipe the app’s preview upward to close it.

And on Android:

  1. Tap the recent apps button (usually a square or three-line icon, depending on your device).
  2. Find the Zwift Companion App in the list of open apps.
  3. Swipe the app’s preview left or right (or tap the “X” if available) to close it.

If the issue persists as Paul mentioned, please try to uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure a clean installation.

If you need further assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us we will be happy to help.

This happens to me every so often, and I find that when I toggle to the next day and then toggle back to the current day events will populate.
