Was going to sign my daughter up for event (SAS Kids on Thursday 6pm Australian time), which she have done numerous times before. But we could not find it listed on Zwift companion, and immediately thought it was cancelled.
However, on further searching it is definitely on according to SAS Cycle Club (Facebook), and on Zwiftpower. Finally able to join only when we saw it after login to Zwift events via our desktop. Strange. Bug or something we are not doing right?
I’ve very seen that sort of thing before too - ZC not showing an event that’s on ZwiftPower, and the ZP link taking you to it fine on ZC.
Check your filter options in the Companion.
It wasn’t the filter options when it happened to me.
Cliché but…have you tried switching off and on again?

Did all the above suggestions (resetting ZC event filter) at the time gents. Even logged in with wife’s account, three including my little one … nada for that specific event. But anyway, desktop worked. Doesn’t explain it but …

In fact after joining via zwiftpower the CA home screen show me as having joined, but when navigating to Event list, the event cannot be found.
This has been an ongoing issue for awhile now. The Zwift Companion app frequently doesn’t display all of the events. The filters have been reset, and most rides appear to show, but for some reason the app doesn’t show all the events. For example, I know the Wedu Sunday ride (9am ET) is scheduled, and I signed up for it earlier in the week, but now I don’t see it in the events listing.
Is this a known issue? Has anyone else experienced this as well?

I seem to be missing some events in my companion app (iOS). I cleared all filters and seem to be be missing the events I plan to ride which is Tour de Zwift stage 4. I usually ride at lunchtime or at 17:00. Both events are missing from the companion app but if I use Zwift Hacks or zwift.com I can see these events.

I signed up online and they then show in my companion app under my planned events section.
Have you already tried force-quit and restart Companion? That often resolves wonky data in the event schedule
I have indeed. Apart of deleting the app and reinstalling.
This happens to me sometimes (also on iOS). For Tour de Zwift events, the way I get around it is to select the Tour de Zwift filter. This seems to override the other filters and all TdZ events will display, including any which were previously, mysteriously not showing up. Then, after I’ve added the event to my calendar I un-select the TdZ filter.
Thanks Mary, that worked a treat. Enabled TDZ filter and it then showed TdZ events only. I was then able to see the events did not show.
I’m the original poster. I’ve tried the suggestions mentioned, but still have this issue. Occasionally the Companion App misses events for some reason. For TdZ events, applying the filter solves it, but for non-TdZ events, the CA isn’t reliable.

I’ve been receiving recent reports of Zwift Companion not showing certain events that are otherwise visible on The at Home Cycling & Running Virtual Training App. I’ve merged the existing threads on this issue and started tracking this as a known issue to be investigated and addressed when possible.
For now, the most reliable workaround appears to be to disable at least one filter unrelated to the event you are not seeing (e.g. if you’re looking for a group workout that is missing, you can turn off the “fondo” event filter and the group workout event should then be available after you apply the new filters. Please visit our Support article for detailed steps on adjusting filters.
This workaround has worked for some of my team but not all. And the issue does come back eventually. Not sure how long but I have had this problem for quite a long time now. Well over a year. As of today I am not seeing the issue and toggling the Fondo flag on and off brought it back for me.
Also happening for me this week (although has been ok in previous weeks when others have had issues). Tried toggling filters, but it didn’t help. In the end the only way I could find the event was through the club tab.
Also tried restarting the companion app without success.
It is happening again for me. I can’t see my event again. Attendance has dropped drastically in the past few months as well. I assume this has a lot to do with it. This ride as had good attendance for 8 years. Can we get an update to even if this is being fixed or not. And applying the Filters off and on trick did not work this time for me.
