Newbie Loop Question

Hi All new to Zwift, this incredible game has dragged me from Lazy Town, really enjoying being back on the bike in a global community - thank you Zwift. I have been riding the loops eg London Loop, but only once has the game reported my loop stats, any idea why?

Would love to be able to compare, I am sure you can.

If you don’t already have one, open a free Strava account and link your Zwift account. You can then use Strava to see probably all loops, times and compare to other Strava users.
