Wanted to share with the Zwift community our new Facebook group for training for the PRL100 this July.
It is for entrants in this years event who are either first timers, not cycle fit and want to be ready on the day or simply wish to ride with like-minded people for the social aspect.

There will be on-line Zwift meetings where members can ride as a group to train for distance, hill climbing, instructional videos to assist issues such as painful hands whilst riding, how to cure your sore bottom during a ride, exercises for core strengthening, a training program and much more.
We welcome Zwift riders from anywhere in the world
