Hi. In January I started to use my new Zwift Ride with kickr core replacing my old highly inaccurate set up. I asked for my power record and racing score to be reset. This has been done and on Zwift companion and zwiftpower my racing score is now 147. However when trying to enter the Tiny races I am still excluded from all but the top two tiers (500+ score) . Can this be looked into?
This could happen if the tiny races are using the “30 day max racing score” setting, meaning it will take the max your score has been in the last 30 days as your entry criteria.
Edit: Yours is a special case where Zwift re-set your ZRS, so it’s a corner case which the platform could handle automatically, but does not appear to yet.
