That’s a splice in the maps. Very noticeable on the London Flat route, but you see it elsewhere too. You get a similar thing near intersections where the route your on doesn’t match how the map was built.
It’s annoying, hopefully they can align the Climb HUD to the route you’re riding in the same way the full route profile now works. Or even better showing the upcoming profile for whatever the roads you’re currently programmed to ride, and if you take a manual turn it updates the hud immediately
Hi Evan, I am glad you gave the user the options to turn off the climbing gradient. I disabled mine because when 1) the Gradient graph AND 2) the VS time on a segment AND 3) CLOSE THE GAP graphics are all displayed at the same time, the screen is overwhelming.
See attached photo.
If you are open to suggestions, please make each one of the items above individually user selectable ON or OFF just as was done with Climb Gradient.
Can you add a user selectable ON/OFF for the Ride On blue hands dropping also? They can be distracting in a pacer group.
Also, it is irritating when I am free riding and have passed a pacer group, or have been passed by A Jacques pacer group for the display to “LET D MIGUEL CATCH UP” or “SPEED UP TO CATCH A JACQUES” appear then vanish, then appear then vanish REPEATEDLY. When you are hovering at that 40-50 meter gap of being ahead or behind a pacer group that mesage on and off is annoying. Would be good to only display that notification if you selected to ride with a Pacer group. If that would be a difficult change to execute, then allowing in setup to TURN OFF “Notification to wait up/slow down for Pace Partner” would be appreciated.
Thank you
