My nationality flag is not showing up. On IOS phone. Also how do you type message to other riders.

What is your nationality? And what device are you using to run Zwift? The iPhone, or something else? It is easiest to send messages if you use the Zwift Companion app but, if using the phone, I think you swipe up from the bottom, to bring up a group of icons, and then select the one that looks like a ‘talk bubble’. It should then bring up a box where you can type messages.
I have actually figured it out. I had to enter my nationality in the window where you ca change your Jersey socks etc. I was trying to change in the general setting on the opening page. Thanks
