My Zwift Experience

I strongly feel the need to post about my experience with Zwift. My husband and I joined Swift about 8 years ago as a way to keep up our biking skills over the winter. It was a great product and service and we loved it.

Unfortunately, my husband passed and I was no longer using it. I didn’t know how to cancel the account which was in my husband’s name and I didn’t know the password. I was able to contact them and they were so considerate and helpful. Not only did they express compassion and empathy, they gave me detailed instructions on how to cancel the account and asked that I let them know when it was done.

After I let them know, they again expressed sympathy and offered to refund my monthly fees back to the time my husband passed. I was truly astonished! I don’t know another company that would have done that. It is truly going beyond any expectation I had or would even think of. I am so very grateful for the help, caring and overall excellent service they have given me over the years. I wanted to make sure everyone knew what an excellent company they are dealing with.
